SpeedSF x One Toyota of Oakland GR Motorsport Fest 2026
GR Motorsport Fest has been a staple on the SpeedSF calendar for three years now. The community shows up, the cars look incredible, and Sonoma never disappoints. This year we went bigger — three dedicated competitions running live alongside the car meet and parade laps, each one built around a different GR model. The event grew up, and the day proved it.
One Toyota of Oakland came in as our main event partner. GR86s, GR Supras, and GR Corollas all in the same paddock, all on the same circuit, all on the same day — that's the vision. May 9th at Sonoma is what it looked like in practice.
The Car Meet
NorCal GR86, NorCal GR Supra, and NorCal GRC all came out. Builds from dead stock to fully built — the paddock covered every corner of the GR world. All three models in the same place at the same time is exactly what this event is designed for, and the turnout delivered. One Toyota of Oakland had the GR Supra out for ride-alongs all day.
GR86 Cup Car Ride-Alongs
SpeedSF ran ride-alongs in the GR86 Cup Car throughout the day. This is a factory-built race car — no street compromises, built specifically for competition. Three laps around Sonoma, helmet on, strapped in. For a lot of people it was their first time in a proper race car. The line stayed long all day.
Our Partners
A big part of what made GR Fest 2026 feel different was how involved our partners were on the day. Real activations, real giveaways, real product in people's hands.
First — a standing recognition to our long-term SpeedSF partners: Titan7 Wheels, NecksGen, and Maxxis Tires. These three have been with us since the beginning and show up for this community at every single event.
One Toyota of Oakland — Main event partner. GR Supra ride-alongs all day, plus they supplied the oil filters that completed Liqui Moly's raffle kits for GR drivers.
Liqui Moly — Raffled full oil change kits, paired with filters from One Toyota of Oakland.
KW Suspension — Discount certificates for class winners and GR Drivers
555 Engineering — Multiple gifts for GR drivers and competition winners throughout the day.
Annex Suspension — Gifts for GR drivers in attendance.
Xtool — Set up live laser engravers on-site and personalized keepsakes for attendees and winners on the spot.
Wine Country Motorsports — Discount certificates and apparels for winners.
SpeedJunkies — Cash and apparel in the raffle and entry to a raffle that wins you an actual GR Supra!
Competition Results - Three series, three GR models, one day at Sonoma.
Round 6 — 86 Challenge

See You Next Year
Three years in and GR Motorsport Fest is still growing. The competition element is here to stay. If you ran a timed lap, came out for the car meet, grabbed a ride-along, or just showed up, thank you. That's what keeps this going.
Big thanks to One Toyota of Oakland and every partner who made the 2026 edition happen. See you at the next one.
