SpeedSF GR Day 2025 Event Details

Hello GR Drivers! 

We’re excited to have you join us for SpeedSF’s Annual GR Day at Sonoma Raceway on Saturday, November 8th, 2025! Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on event day.

Tentative Schedule

6:00 AM – Gates open for HPDE drivers and vendors (HPDE follows a dedicated schedule that will be sent separately)
9:00 AM – Roll-in opens for GR Event attendees
10:00 AM – Event Start

11:00 AM – Parade Lap Driver Check-In (SpeedSF Registration – Garage 1–2)
11:30 AM – Parade Lap Driver’s Meeting (SpeedSF Registration – Garage 1–2)
12:00 PM – Parade Lap Pre-Grid (See Map for Directions)
12:15–12:45 PM – Parade Lap Session (Lead-Follow Format with Media Team)

1:15–1:25 PM – One Toyota Raffle
1:30–1:45 PM – Liqui Moly Raffle
1:55–2:10 PM – RacerX Raffle
2:15–2:25 PM – 555 Engineering Raffle
2:30–5:00 PM – Free Roam / Social

(All times subject to change – final schedule will be confirmed prior to event day.)

Event Components

• GR Car Meet – Lot A
  All GR meet participants will park in Lot A (see event map). Please follow staff directions upon entry.

• HPDE GR Drivers
  GR cars registered for HPDE will have dedicated parking in the paddock. HPDE will also follow a separate schedule for the on-track sessions. HPDE schedule will be sent separately.  HPDE Schedule Click Here

• Vendors
  All vendors will be located in the main paddock and garages (see map).

• Raffles
  Visit participating vendors to collect raffle tickets throughout the morning.
  Raffles will take place between 1:15 PM – 2:25 PM in the paddock area (see detailed schedule above).

Parade Lap Details

If you’re participating in the Parade Lap, please review the following information carefully:

• Parade Lap Fee: $20 per car

• Registration & Waiver Link: https://msreg.com/grparade2 (Required!)
  Both payment and waiver must be completed prior to check-in to participate. All Drivers and passengers (age 18+ only) are required to sign the release waiver before participating. (Driver & Passenger Waivers Click Here)

• Eligibility: Open to all GR models, BRZ, and FRS owners.

• Driver Check-In: Begins at 11:00 AM (SpeedSF Registration – Garage 1–2)

• Driver’s Meeting: Mandatory for all participants at 11:30 AM

• Pre-Grid: 12:00 PM sharp – please begin staging according to the Parade Lap Queue Map

• Parade Lap Session: 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM (Lead-Follow Format with Media Team)

• Queue Location: Follow the yellow arrows on the attached Parade Lap Queue Map to line up in order. 

Parade Lap Format & Safety Notes:

• The session will be run in a lead-follow format with a SpeedSF lead vehicle and a media vehicle.

• Follow all directions given by the SpeedSF and media team during filming.

• Do not pass the lead vehicle.

• Stay close to the car in front of you and do not create large gaps.

• Maintain a maximum speed of 35 mph at all times.

• No aggressive driving or sudden braking.

• Age 18+ Passengers are welcome but must remain buckled at all times.

Track & Conduct Rules

• No revving, burnouts, reckless driving, or disruptive behavior anywhere on the premises.

• Violators will be asked to leave immediately — no exceptions.

• Please respect track staff and follow all posted signage and directions.
